Jane brings a career spanning engineering, technical program leadership, enterprise technology, product operations, and organizational transformation.
She began in engineering at BlackBerry before joining Microsoft, where she held technical program leadership roles across Windows, delivering components of a multibillion-dollar software platform and driving execution across engineering teams and global partners.
At SailPoint, Jane led enterprise technology and operations across IT infrastructure, SaaS platforms, security and identity, and technology governance, including cloud modernization, system integrations, and scalable IT operating models.
At Pacvue, she has focused on transforming how technology organizations operate and scale—implementing systems and processes that supported 40%+ enterprise revenue growth and expansion across major technology and retail partnerships. Today, she is extending that work through AI-enabled operating models, using AI and systems integration to turn fragmented business and customer signals into structured intelligence that improves decision-making and execution at scale.
Wes Calender
Wes brings more than two decades of experience building and leading the delivery of enterprise software and data systems for state and federal government clients. His work spans full-stack .NET development, cloud modernization, data engineering, and technical leadership across complex, mission-critical environments.
For the Louisiana Department of Education, Wes has led development teams delivering large-scale systems supporting statewide data collection, certification, accountability, and reporting. His work includes secure web applications, ETL pipelines processing millions of records, legacy application modernization, and systems that translate complex regulatory requirements into reliable technology solutions.
For the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, he supported a mission-critical federal .NET application and the migration of infrastructure from on-premises VMware to Microsoft Azure, while contributing to Microsoft 365 data protection and FISMA compliance efforts.
